In 2020, Arizona community champions have adapted to multiple pressing issues, including the pandemic’s health effects, the economic shock of safety closures, and the unacceptable state of social and racial justice. To recognize inspirational efforts to strengthen community resilience, we followed three entities making progress in their communities.

As part of a two-man crew, we followed the day-in-a-life of each community hero with only a 50mm and 28mm camera package for fast and efficient filming, never to miss a moment.
